Suspect in deadly home invasion goes on trial
Jury deliberations began Wednesday in the trial of a man accused of committing three home invasions in Gwinnett County, one of which resulted in a disabled man's death. David Fife, a defense attorney for Quincy Marcel Jackson, said during closing arguments Tuesday that prosecutors relied too heavily on phone records. Fife said phone records that pinpoint Jackson in the area of the home invasions when they occurred aren't incriminating because prosecutors didn't prove he was the person using the phone.
